He writes the very popular column, “Budget Battles,” which has been published weekly by nationaljournal.com since 1997, and is the author of The Guide to the Federal Budget. Stan has been involved with the congressional budget process since 1974 and is one of only a limited number of people who has worked for both the House and Senate Budget Committees. He has also served on the staff of three members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Stan holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA from New York University.

Deposit of $500.00 per person is due when cabins are booked; final payment is due October 2, 2008.
Penalty Schedule for cancellations:
Until October 1st - no penalty
Oct. 2nd - Oct. 31st - Loss of deposit
Nov. 1st - Dec. 1st - 50% of fare paid
Dec. 2nd - Dec. 18th - 75% of fare paid
Dec. 19th - sailing - 100% of fare paid

Airfare is not included and can be quoted separately upon request.  Insurance is also highly recommended and available through Oceania Cruises and The Art of Travel.
